* Mastering services
Description of the service
Our service includes the reception, processing and delivery of audio files for enhancement through the mastering process. The final quality depends on the files sent by the user.
Revisions included
Each mastering service includes a maximum of two free revisions. Additional revisions, i.e. revisions performed after the initial two revisions, will be subject to an additional charge of 10 euros per additional revision.
Procedure
- You upload the audio files in the formats accepted through our platform.
- We process the files according to the specified technical requirements.
- We deliver the final files within the deadline.
Limitations
We do not offer refunds once the final product has been delivered, except in the case of a fault attributable to our service. The user is responsible for verifying that the files sent are free of errors.
* Intellectual property
All website content (text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips and software) is the property of Mr. Mastering or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without our express consent is prohibited.
* Responsibility
Mr. Mastering shall not be liable for:

- Data loss caused by errors in files sent by the user.
